Niceties & Oddities

I saw this sign on the way home for lunch today… “A pint of example is worth a gallon of advice.”
Oddity
They spelled “advice” wrong. They had “advise”. I thought about “advising” them of their mistake but decided to lead by “example” and take my Mama’s “advice” and not poke my nose into other people’s business. The sign was in front of a church. Hmmm.
Nicety
I grabbed a refreshingly cold green tea from the vending machine on my way back to my office upstairs in Smurf Village.
Oddity
As I opened the secured doors leading into the hallway housing our particular offices, I stepped face first into the left over vapors of an obviously newly released bodily gas. Joy. There go all fond memories that may have remained of a scrumptious lunch as well as any anticipation of a delicious supper.
