Well Now…

Monday, September 28th, 2009Mea Culpa
Monday, September 21st, 2009Mea culpa… “My bad”… “My fault”… “I screwed up” …however you want to say it, it needs to be said but, for some reason, it isn’t…being said that is…at least not often enough. Instead what we get is something more along the lines of, “Well, I didn’t know”, or “That’s how everybody else does it”, or even “It’s not my fault, I was only doing what I was taught” or “I had such a terrible childhood”. Really? Aww, poor little fella. All’s forgiven then.
Not so much.
You know what? Everybody screws up. Everybody. That’s one club we are all card carrying members of, without a doubt. Taking responsibility for our screw-ups however is a completely different animal. It’s easy to screw up. Just get out of bed today and you will screw up sooner or later. I guarantee it. The hard part…the part that takes chutzpah, nerve, guts even, is to fall on your sword and admit it when the fault is yours. That, my friend, is integrity walking.
Leona Lewis – Happy
Friday, September 18th, 2009I caught this young lady on the America’s Got Talent Finale the other night and I was, quite simply, mesmerized. See for yourself. By the way, I would definitely watch it in full screen mode…you won’t be disappointed.
Update:
Apparently, whoever initially posted this video infringed on the copyright…not a good thing. Sooo, we aren’t seeing the awesome video here. Still, it is worth watching so do it if you get the chance.
Mini Me
Tuesday, September 15th, 2009Hey folks, I got a new toy…a mini me, if you will. Well, I like to think of it like that anyway. It’s a Dell Mini. Cutest little thing you ever saw. I love it! I’m not ready to jump into a motorcycle sidecar or anything like that but it really is small enough to take anywhere. Cemetery Hopping should be a breeze…

Mine is obsidian black. I’m thinking that means coal black but think more along the lines of shiny new car black. I could have picked one of several quirky new colors but that would have tacked $40 onto the price so I figured obsidian black was definitely the new me!
This thing is fast, roomy, and loaded with lots of neato beato (work with me here) features. I’ve got a built in webcam that I’m kind of scared of…yeah I know but what can I say…a digital TV tuner that is awesome, and even Lojack! Seriously! Can you tell yet how much I’m loving this thing? I take it with me just about everywhere I go. Who knows? Maybe that means more posts from The Bone!
